This print by Richard Kegler completed in August 2026 utilizes vintage letterpress printing blocks featuring partial letterforms and simple shapes. Hand printed on a Vandercook Universal III press, each of the four press runs employ a split fountain color gradient from 4 different directions. Falling somewhere on the inspiration scale between Wassily Kandinsky and Paul Klee, the intent was to imply three-dimensional form and depth with active movement, or imagining a visual representation of sound frequencies.
